TRANSPER project kicks off with first Coordination Meeting

2023

The TRANSPER project - Transdisciplinary Learning Methodology in the fields of Performing Arts and Technology - officially began its activities with an online kick-off meeting held on 25 September.

Although no in-person meeting was scheduled at this early stage, the project's responsible partners members Oscar Ardaiz, Grigore Burloiu, Gualtiero Volpe, and Rui Antunes gathered via Zoom to launch the project, recap the planned tasks, and align the overall timeline. Since then, the Steering Committee, composed of the same four members, has been meeting weekly to ensure coherent coordination across all work packages.

TRANSPER is a 24-month Erasmus+ funded project, developed by a multidisciplinary consortium bringing together four European institutions: Universidad Pública de Navarra (Spain), Universidade Lusófona/ COFAC (Portugal), Università degli Studi di Genova (Italy), and Universitatea Națională de Artă Teatrală și Cinematografică Ion Luca Caragiale din București (Romania). Together, the partners aim to explore innovative intersections between Performing Arts, Technology, and Higher Education to foster critical thinking and creative approaches to digitalization.

Advancing Toward Pilot #1

Preparations for Pilot #1 (Lisbon) are already underway. The first meeting dedicated to this pilot gathered the team involved in the didactic activities - Oscar Ardaiz, Rui Antunes, Silvia Pinto Coelho, Isabelle Arvers, and João Cabral - with a second meeting planned for December to deepen the development of the pilot and outline the initial communication strategies.

Advancing Toward Pilot #2

In parallel, and because Pilot #2 (Genova) will also happen soon in March, its preparations are also underway. After some preparatory work from the Genova team, the first formal meeting happened last week between Oscar, Gualtiero Volpe, and Antonio Camurri.
