The TRANSPER project brings together higher education institutions from Portugal (CICANT/Lusófona University), Spain (University of Navarra), Italy (University of Genova), and Romania (I. L. Caragiale National University of Theatre and Film) to explore new ways of bridging creative and technological disciplines.

Over two years, the consortium will collaborate to transform interdisciplinary pilots into an open online course. These workshops, held in each partner country, bring IT and performing arts students together to share perspectives, skills, and worldviews, fostering a dialogue between technology and expression.

Funded by the European Union (Erasmus+ programme), the project seeks to make these cross-disciplinary experiences widely accessible, promoting innovative education models that connect digital and performative cultures across Europe.

Objectives

to co-create, develop, test, and disseminate a transdisciplinary learning methodology based on the STEAM approach and inspired by S+T+ARTS EU initiative,
and to enhance students’ ability to work across disciplines, solve problems creatively with innovative digital solutions and be critical with the impact on society of digitalization;
we focus on the performing arts and technologies to promote STEM disciplines in women, foster healthy and sustainable habits and strengthen creative industries.

Activities
